FAQ: Why did you not respond to my email?

We aim to respond to ALL email or website enquiries within 2 working days. We do not deliberately ignore any genuine enquiries. Very occasionally, we receive an enquiry that states an invalid email address or we find our response bounces. In such cases, we will try to follow up by phone or post if possible. If we do not have usable contact details, we have no way to respond!
