FAQ: How can I arrange service for the Pronto or Nevo remote supplied with my Scarlatti Transport?

At present, we can arrange servicing through the UK companies that originally supplied the remote to us. Please contact us stating the model, the remote serial number, the serial number of the dCS product with which it was purchased and a full description of the fault. Please do not return the unit to us until we have given you a returns number. dCS acts as an intermediary only, any warranty for the repair (parts and labour only) is provided by the servicing company.
