Vivaldi One - Software Update v1.11

This update corrects a bug that, on some units, causes the right channel to be distorted when playing SACDs, receiving DSD or DSD/128 data or when upsampling PCM data to DSD / DSDx2.
Also update to Vivaldi 2.0 app v1.4.8, which corrects a track selection bug when using the app to control the CD/SACD mechanism.
